Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RVN ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RVN. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Nature of Service

RVN is a platform that provides:

• AI-powered backtesting of trading strategies based on historical market data
• Tools to convert trading ideas expressed in natural language into testable strategies
• The ability to mint verified strategies as soulbound NFTs ("MARKs") on the blockchain
• A marketplace for users to share and subscribe to strategies created by others

RVN does not:

• Provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• Execute trades on your behalf
• Hold, custody, or manage your funds or digital assets
• Guarantee any trading results or returns
• Act as a broker, dealer, or investment advisor

4. User-Generated Content

Trading strategies, MARKs, and other content on the Platform are created by users, not by RVN. We do not:

• Verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated strategies
• Endorse, recommend, or guarantee any user-generated content
• Guarantee the performance of any strategy, past or future
• Take responsibility for any losses resulting from following user strategies

By creating and sharing strategies on RVN, you represent that your content does not violate any laws and that you are not providing financial advice to others. You retain ownership of your strategies but grant RVN a license to display and distribute them through the Platform.

5. Third-Party Trading Services

RVN NEVER TOUCHES, HOLDS, OR HAS ACCESS TO YOUR FUNDS.

Any actual trading or execution of strategies is facilitated entirely by third-party service providers, exchanges, or trading platforms that you choose to use independently. RVN:

• Does not have access to your exchange accounts or API keys beyond what you explicitly authorize
• Does not execute trades on your behalf
• Does not custody or hold any of your funds or digital assets
• Is not responsible for the actions, security, or reliability of third-party trading services
• Is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party service failures or security breaches

You are solely responsible for your relationship with any third-party trading services and for understanding and complying with their terms of service.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

By using RVN, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Historical backtesting results do not guarantee future performance
• AI-generated strategy interpretations may contain errors or misinterpretations
• Technical issues, bugs, or platform downtime may affect your ability to trade
• Regulatory changes may affect the legality or viability of certain trading activities
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences

7. NFT and Blockchain Terms

MARKs are soulbound NFTs minted on the 0G blockchain. By minting or subscribing to MARKs:

• You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible
• You are responsible for any gas fees or transaction costs
• You understand that soulbound tokens cannot be transferred or sold
• You accept the risks associated with smart contracts and blockchain technology
• You understand that RVN is not responsible for blockchain network issues or delays

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• RVN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• RVN shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• RVN shall not be liable for any trading losses or investment losses of any kind
• RVN's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to RVN in the past 12 months
• RVN is not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RVN, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your trading activities, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
